: Form 112 rejected by Ro.
Requested letter signed by student and employer submitted to RO as I discountinued degree before articleship. After submitting proofs college letter on college letterhead Ro rejected form 112 . Ro approved form 108 . I am not doing graduation now. Now form 112 is closed issue closed or not Please reply to my Query sir. -

Sir, I have transfer Rs 2 lac and 7.99 lac through rtgs to my son account as a gift. Whether hand written gift deed on plain paper duly signed by donor and donee is sufficient or to be made on stamp paper? Regards CD SHARMA -

: Reg - Permanent Registration of 12A & 80G
Sir, I need a small clarification reg. Permanent Registration of 12A & 80G. I have applied on 6th April. I got clarification notice on 9th Jul and came to know that the proceeding time limit is 31st Dec 2025. I submitted all documents and the e submission closed now. please let me know, when i will get permanent order
