Sir, I have transfer Rs 2 lac and 7.99 lac through rtgs to my son account as a gift. Whether hand written gift deed on plain paper duly signed by donor and donee is sufficient or to be made on stamp paper? Regards CD SHARMA

Sir, I need a small clarification reg. Permanent Registration of 12A & 80G. I have applied on 6th April. I got clarification notice on 9th Jul and came to know that the proceeding time limit is 31st Dec 2025. I submitted all documents and the e submission closed now. please let me know, when i will get permanent order

Hi sir, I used to do forex transactions with 15 CA CB forms in one of the banks, and recently i have opened a new account with another bank and got 15 CA CB with the new bank as remitter.However, I find that the new bank is not easy to do so wanted to move to old bank account. It has passed 7 days,can we request for reissue for 15 CA CB leaving the old 15 CA CB as it is?Will there be a problem filing twice of 15 CA CB in this case as we cannot withdraw the CA CB issued for new bank.
