Sir My family has business of RCC Pipes. I need to know whether manufacturer of rcc pipes covers under term "Industry" as per the EPF act as I have checked on the website under Schedule 1 of EPF Act but I am not able to see any category related to our work. Currently, we contribute under EPF so please tell me whether the EPF Act will applicable on our factory or not? Thanks

Dear sir my client is Job in Indian company but working in UK. in 2013-14 company give form 16 of nil as salary paid in uk. but he resign from that company in oct 2014 but for these he come to india and work for 3 month in india till feb, so company dedcuted tds on salary on whole salary of 2014-15 whether it is correct? whether relief can be claimed? my client join there in UK in another company of UK.
