Sub:- Reconstitution of Group for identifying Direct Taxes issues arising from convergence of Indian Accounting Standards (ASs) with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
In supersession of our earlier communication regarding constitution of the said Group for the year 2009-10, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its meeting held on 12th February, 2010, has reconstituted the said Group with the following members :

- CA. Dhinal Ashvinbhai Shah, Council member

- Ms. Malathi Sridharan, Addl. Commissioner of Income-Tax, Mumbai.
- Mr. Ankur Garg, Addl. Director of Income-Tax, Mumbai.
- Mr. Pawan Kumar, Director, TPL-IV, New Delhi.
