REVISED ANNOUNCEMENT- MECHANISM TO MONITOR TENDERING The Council at its 345th meeting held from 14th to 16th August, 2015 considered the concerns raised by members on the decision of the Council with regard to mechanism to monitor tendering hosted on the website of the Institute on 22nd July, 2015.
