The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has introduced a fast-track grievance redressal mechanism to address persistent MCA21 V3 e-filing issues, especially for tickets pending resolution for more than seven days. The initiative aims to provide quicker assistance to professionals facing filing and portal-related challenges under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) regime.
Dedicated Email & Helpline for Faster Resolution
As per the communication dated December 8, 2025, ICSI has made available a dedicated email ID and support helpline to facilitate faster and more efficient resolution of MCA21 V3-related issues. Members encountering technical glitches, user awareness issues, or filing difficulties are encouraged to use these channels for prompt assistance.

- Email: companiesact2013@icsi.edu
- Helpline Numbers: 9355098087 / 8810619732
ICSI has urged members to make maximum use of this facility to ensure seamless and timely compliance under the MCA framework.
Google Form for Tickets Pending Beyond 7 Days
In addition to the helpline support, ICSI has requested professionals whose MCA tickets remain unresolved for over seven days to submit their case details through a Google Form. The submitted information will be shared with the MCA to expedite resolution.
Members are advised to ensure accurate entry of details such as:
- Ticket Number
- Date of Submission
- Issue Summary
- Current Status
ICSI has requested members to submit the form at the earliest to help escalate and resolve long-pending issues effectively.
Relief for Professionals Struggling with MCA21 V3 Portal
The move comes as a significant relief for Company Secretaries and other professionals who have been facing continuous technical issues on the MCA21 V3 portal. The fast-track support mechanism reflects ICSI's proactive approach in coordinating with MCA to reduce compliance bottlenecks and improve the overall e-filing experience.
