The Expert Panel has been formed to provide technical support and address queries from ICAI members regarding auditing aspects of statutory audits, with the aim of enhancing audit quality.
ICAI members in practice can submit queries to the Expert Panel.
Queries can be submitted to the Expert Panel from 17th April 2023 until 30th September 2023.
Members should send their queries via email to auditfaq@icai.in.
No, the views expressed by the experts are their personal views and not necessarily those of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AASB) or the ICAI.
Members should be brief but provide full information, avoid mentioning client names to maintain confidentiality, avoid rejoinders, not send the same query twice, and draft their own reports using their own judgment.
