The Examination Department of the ICAI on October 31, 2019 made an announcement that candidates appearing in November 2019 attempt can provide their feedback to the Examination Department and their observations, if any, on the question papers relating to CA Examinations. The institute has shared an e-mail address for the same. Students can now submit their feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org. They can also share the feedback by way of a letter, Speed Post, at the following address:

The Institute further made a clarification that only those observations of students will be taken up for consideration who would provide the required details i.e.; Name of the Student, Registration Number, Roll Number, email-id and Mobile Number.
