PIL filed in the Supreme Court against CA Exams in July

A PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court by Adv. Anubha Shrivastava Sahai - President India Wide Parents Association Lawyer and Child Rights Activist against the July 2021 CA Exams that are scheduled to commence from 5th July 2021.

Guidelines for July 21 CA Exams

ICAI, considering the prevailing situation of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic has announced that the guidelines issued for the November 2020 and January 2021 exams shall also be applicable to the July 2021 CA Exams.

Total Revenue Deficit Grant of Rs. 29,613 crore released to States in last 3 months

Advisory on Table-12 of GSTR-1

It has been reported that in the GSTR-1 for the tax period of May 2021, the ‘Total Invoice value’ field in the preview PDF is displaying a value as ‘0’ instead of N.A, in the cases where the taxpayer has not reported any value.

CBDT amends TDS Form 26Q

CBDT has released the Income-tax (17th Amendment) Rules, 2021 in order to further amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962 wherein, changes have been made in the "Annexure: Deductee/Payee Wise Breakup of TDS" in the TDS Form 26Q.

Revised Time Table for June 2021 CS Exams
