ICAI announces mobile application ICAI BOS on the occasion of CA Day for CA Students

ICAI has announced the launch of the 'ICAI BOS' mobile application on 1st July 2021. This mobile application will cater to the needs of CA students, and will also offer interactive learning and coaching on a single platform.

Relaxation on levy of additional fees in filing of certain Forms under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act 2008 by MCA

MCA has further extended the timelines for filing of certain forms specified in Circular no. 06/2021 (other than CHG-1, CHG-4 and CHG-9) under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008 without levy of additional fees, up to 31st August 2021.

ICAI has extended the Opt Out Facility to candidates who have recently suffered from COVID-19 or are yet to recover from the after effects of COVID-19. Moreover, opt out has also been given to students whose examination centres have been changed by ICAI.

Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and Aniruddha Bose on 29.06.2021 confirmed that it will not pass any directions to ICAI to postpone the July 2021 CA Exams. The court will take a decision on the student's plea regarding opt out on 30.06.2021.
