CA Final Nov 2020 result to be announced on 1st February 2021

Mr. Dhiraj Khandelwal, CCM of ICAI, has tweeted that the November 2020 CA Exams result is likely to be announced in the first week of February 2021, starting with the CA Final Result on 1st February 2021.

MCA to release new 'Extend' functionality as part of the Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2020 w.e.f 26th Jan 2021

New 'Extend' functionality shall be introduced as part of SPICe+ Part A in line with Rule 9A ‘Extension of reservation of name in certain cases' of the Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2020 with effect from 26th January 2021.

13th Instalment of Rs.6,000 crore released to the States to meet the GST compensation shortfall

A total amount of Rs.78,000 crore released so far to all States and UTs with the legislature. This is in addition to additional borrowing permission of Rs. 1,06,830 crore granted to the States.
