MCA | Deadline of CFSS and LLP Settlement Scheme to not extend
23 March 2021 at 16:53Shri Anurag Singh Thakur has stated that both the schemes i.e. CFSS and LSS have ended on 31.12.2020. Accordingly, further extension of the scheme was not found necessary.
1,38,051 new companies registered from April 2020 to February 2021
22 March 2021 at 17:131,38,051 new companies registered in the current FY from April 2020 to February 2021 while 10,113 of Companies have been struck off by invoking the Provisions of section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 from April 2020 to February 2021.
