O R D E R

The assessee has filed the present appeal against the impugned order dated 28.06.2019 passed by learned CIT(A), Faridabad relating to the assessment year 2011-12.

2. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the assessee filed an application dated 27th December, 2020 and requested that the presentappeal may be dismissed as withdrawn because assessee contemplating toavail Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and settled the pending tax dispute. He hasalso attached copy of Form No. 1 and Form No. 2 with this application andrequested to withdraw the case.

2. Learned Sr. DR has not raised any objection.

3. Keeping in view the statement of the learned counsel for the assessee, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the assessee if 

Form No. 3 is not issued by the competent authority then the assessee is at liberty to move an application for recalling of this order and that will bedecided as per law.

4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.

 Order pronounced in the Open Court today i.e. on 28.12.2020 in the presence of both the parties.
