Finance & Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO

Key Responsibility - Assisting Founder in all his tasks so that he can concentrate on Company growth.

It will involve a lot of dealing in Financial Numbers so the Candidate being a Commerce graduate is a must and should have good skills in using Microsoft excel.

Salary - Rs.20,000 per month (Work from Home, Flexible Hours)

Will request not to apply for the role if you don’t qualify these 2 requirements and are not happy with the Compensation offered.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He or She will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities -

To help the Founder on all Company related projects where he needs Assistance.
Track the Project deliverables of team members and assist them in completing them.
Assist the Founder with Company financials, MIS reporting and Investor Relations.
Assist in Hiring for various roles and appointing vendors for various projects.
Personal Tasks/Projects of the Founder, that will help him save time to concentrate on Company work.
Social media management for the Founder and Company, whenever needed.
Coordinating with various banks, vendors and other alliance partners of the Company on behalf of the Founder.
Marketing and Promotion communications

Qualifications & Skills required

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce or Accounting.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong marketing & technology bent of mind
