Position Summary:
A financial manager is responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions lead a team of Finance Managers and Assistant Finance Managers, responsible for the provision of an expert financial management service to a portfolio of clinical units and/or corporate departments.
Major duties and responsibilities:
1. Have to look after the accounts of 4 privately owned companies.
2. Preparing accounts and tax returns.
3. Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
4. Auditing financial information.
5. Amassing and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
6. Analysing accounts and business plans.
7. Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation.
8. Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
9. Negotiate the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisations
Primary/ supervisory responsibility:
1. Supervision and development of a team of finance managers and assistant finance managers.
Required KSA:
2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

5. Strong technical accounting knowledge.
6. Advanced excel skills.
7. Financial analysis and forecasting.
8. Complex financial modelling skills.

10. Ability to use own initiative.
Education and experience:
1. Degree of Chartered Accountant is preferable.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience.
1) Preferably from central line.
2) Must have minimum 4 years on industry experience and not article ship.
