wthere i revise audit repot

my clint filled return of F.y2008-09 as per audit repot but in this case he not disclose one exp. That's why I revised return so can i change audit repot?

give ans. With section of income tax and any cash laws

Dear Mr.R

once Audit has been done such report cannot be revised, as per my KBA

but in such case what u can do - u may add the overlooked item to the audit report as an Addendum duly covered by a letter addressing to the ITO, that such page should be studied with the relievant Audit Report.

as per the present law Tax Audit Report U/S - 44AB of Income Tax Act 1961 is not to be submitted to the IT Dept. But ur this letter to be given from ur side to the ITO as well as a copy of it to the Assessee.

for any further qn. u may ask or if any friend can improve such treatment then that will be highly appriciated from my side.

We think u should be note that in ITR u never submit audit report, than change audite report & revise ITR.

but here the question is.. where the audit report is prepared... then in that case the figures of audited b/s n profit n loss a/c is considered while preparing ITR return.... so if i want 2 revise such return with the change in profits also... can i revise my audit report...

if i revise my return i.e. ITR by changing the profits then hw can i revise my audit report ??.... plz provide me the extract of relevant section or case law if any....
