Wrongly filed NIL refund

I have wrongly filed NIL refund of accumulated ITC due to inverted tax structure for the period +July 2017 to March 2018. However system not allowing filing for refund again for same period. What to do..? Any remedy ? please suggest.

No more options in online mode.

Better to consider with Your circle officer.

Is there any provision in law or notification or circular for rectification of wrongly filed refund claim

Yes, there are many circulars which gives power to the officer to issue a deficiency memo to the assessee and assessee can file the same refund with same ARN manually.
