Wrong ITC claim in 2019-20
Dear sir/mam, hmari ek party ka humse Oct2019 mai 215000 ka galat ITC claim ho gya. can any help me ab kya kr sakte hai. jisse Interest and penalty bach jayge hmara. Agar koi hmara ye case shi kra sakta hai plz message me ghaziabad khand 12 ka case hai.

iske liye DRC-03 se galat ITC ko reverse kar do aur agar ye gala ITC utilize bhi kar li hai to phir interest dena hoga utilize hone se lekar reversal ki date tak lekin abhi reversal kar dene par penalty attract nahi hogi kyoki show cause se pehle hi reverse kar di hai
