Wrong head paid
we had paid wrongly under the head penalty in stead of Fee and filed DRC 03 also., Now GSTAudit Team aked us to pay in correct head as FEES. what about my wrongly paid PENALTY?. IS any chance to apply refund for the wrongly paid PENALTY?

Check PMT-09 and transfer the balance betwetthe heads if possible
Either get the DRC-03 rejected from officer or apply refund for the same.
