Tax audit report uploaded with wrong GSTIN and same is approved by the client. All information in tax audit report is correct except GSTIN(registration in indirect tax).Now what is the solution fo this? whether the tax audit report would be revised and is there any other compliance related to this revision?

In the same manner as original tax audit report but only select revised option. Is this correct?
