Writing off of membership fee

Hai,

 

In a company took a 25 years membership with club mahindra for their staff tour and something relates to welfare. now how will i write off the membership fee. whether for 25 years i want write off the same it or any other option is there.

its case of deffered revenue expenditure, so allocate the expenses systematically over the period of 25 years
