works contract
I'm availing compounding scheme under vat regime in Uttar Pradesh.Part payment has been received under vat regime and balance payment will be received in gst regime. Will i be allowed to avail compounding scheme now in the same contract.please advise

why????? ...i have been awarded compounding scheme for the entire period of the contract.
That was under Service tax,,,,,,,,,,,
Now under GST works contract is defined as SERVICE...... and is not eligible for composite supply...
