Working notes
can we start an answer with working notes or will we hav to writ the answer first and then do workings is there any specific format?

You can choose anything but as per my point of view its advisable to prepare working notes first & than start solving the sum after working notes so it might be easy for you to solve the sum...& you have an idea about all the things if you have prepare working notes earlier...
