Hello Freinds...My query is regarding Withholding Tax applicable on Invocie raised by Vendor for delay in clearence of Vessel paid to Shipping line. Vendor is having liasoning office in India but not having PAN. Is demurrage charges paid to Vendor subject to withholding tax if yes at what rate.
