We sell service to the USA customers online over the Phone.
They pay us to our USA bank Account .
We get Wire.
Are we liable to pay service tax ?
{ I pay Income Tax on the Wire Amount , as per balance sheet }

Wire Means Bank Wire.
Getting Money from Foreign via RBI.
HI,
BPO service provided from India and received outside India and the Payment received in convertible foreign exchange.
If the above conditions are satisfied then it is an Export of service and no service tax is payable on such services .
