AIS app is not working.

Check the App updates, 2. Clear App Cache and Data, 3. Restart Device, 4. Contact Income Tax dept.,5 Check server satus.

Login to IT Efiling Portal using MSWindows [ 7 and higher] and use Firefox.

Click on AIS/TIS and go to AIS/TIS portal. 

My friend has downloaded AIS /TIS on 1st Jul 2025. No issues at that time.

Regarding problem with the AIS app [or for any app ] , if you get repeated problem, then check if any app update is available. And update.

If no update is available, the uninstall the app, clear catche, and ram in your phone , then reinstall the app. This method solves the problem 95% of the time.

If reinstallation also does not work, then it is a problem at CPC server for apps.
