AIS app is not opening since last more than 15 days. Every time it reflects message 'Something went wrong, try later'. Is this because of server problem of income tax department or anything else?
However on income tax site by login through my PAN it is showing correctly. Then what is the problem through AIS app.
Pls let me know the reason for it for knowledge.
Check the App updates, 2. Clear App Cache and Data, 3. Restart Device, 4. Contact Income Tax dept.,5 Check server satus.

Login to IT Efiling Portal using MSWindows [ 7 and higher] and use Firefox.
Click on AIS/TIS and go to AIS/TIS portal.
My friend has downloaded AIS /TIS on 1st Jul 2025. No issues at that time.

Regarding problem with the AIS app [or for any app ] , if you get repeated problem, then check if any app update is available. And update.
If no update is available, the uninstall the app, clear catche, and ram in your phone , then reinstall the app. This method solves the problem 95% of the time.
If reinstallation also does not work, then it is a problem at CPC server for apps.
