Quick Summary
This discussion explores the taxability of salary credited directly to an NRE account in India for individuals who are 'Resident but Not Ordinarily Resident' (RNOR). Specifically, it addresses the situation of a foreign ship crew member. While a circular (13/2017) exempts non-residents' NRE account salaries, the question remains whether this applies to RNORs, especially since income received in India is generally taxable.

Since it's accruing outside India and it's merely credited to your NRE account in India , may not be taxable under RNOR.
It is not taxable as per Indian income tax act..1961
Reason??
As far as i know income which is recieved in india is indian income and taxable to all
