Will I be taxed at both countries if I am moving abroad to Estonia (EU) employed by a company there?

Dear Experts,

I will be moving to Estonia (EU) by Oct. I am being employed by a company that has its HQ Office in Tallinn and I will be paid by them. I need to know how will I be taxed. Here is the situation:

I read that taxation depends on residency status. By the time I land there, I would have spent almost 200 days in India (Apr 1, 2021 - Oct mid, 2021) which is more than 182 days. In that case, I assume I will be treated as Resident Indian ?

In such a case, do I need to pay tax for both Estonian and Indian Govts? I read that DTAA can be availed but I am not sure if it's applicable if I am being paid by an Estonian company on an Estonian bank account. I am kinda confused on how to proceed...

Kindly help

Your Status being Resident Indian, you will be taxed over your total earnings, including Estonian Salary, but you can get the rebate in ITR over the taxes paid in Estonia; subject to the tax paid in India over the salary income.

Thanks for the reply ! What are the documents that would be required in such cases?

Also how complicated is that process? Please feel free to guide me to a link if it already exists. Thanks again
