Wilfully invoice not uploaded
One supplier after supply of goods issued GST invoice and submitted both the returns but wilfully not uploading . We doubt whether he has accounted it or not.Can department take action on supplier on our complaint.

Yes, department can initiate inquiry if there is any tax theft.
