Why we need imported laws & ifrs

IFRS 1062 views 1 replies

Are India AS become outdated ?

Why we need Imported IFRS....

The purpose can be servced by making necessary updation/revision in Inidan AS if necessary.

The Central Council of ICAI & Indian Government working under pressure of foreign companies.

Schedule VI under company act also revised, which is ditto copy of American SEC version.

Our laws are made by foreigners to exploit countries resouces !!

Why we are blindly following American laws.

Today also crores of rupees going aborod in through Hawala, Hundi, Promisory Note, mining black money etc etc.

FDI is nothing but our own money coming back to us through Maritiuous or singapore route !!!!

We need to Start second freedom movement

Not to be emotional

IFRS and Revised Schedule vi are nothing but an approach towards better presentation and financial reporting in a logical manner.

Moreover, Most of the countries of the works hae adopted or converged with IFRS to stand on an international platform .The multinational are required to prepare accounts using Indian GAAP and IFRS seperateky with the introduction of IFRS in india such difficulties can be removed.

we are towards a better accounting scenario,
