why CAs become candidates in ICAI elections

hey now icai is political institute. Because only due to one man Mr. Uttamji the restiction on transfer can not be removed. so.......

is election of netas and icai members same?in some way no.

netas rule over junta; and junta elect them.CCM rules over CA and students but students can't elect them.
