I want to start a wholesale cloth business in Uttar Pradesh with option of selling on retail sometimes so what is the procedure to get TIN no. and CST and what direct taxes and indirect taxes i have to pay and what are the rate of those taxes?

As far as i know..textiles, handloom etc are exempt from upvat..
