Whole-time director

An individual shall not hold office in more than one company as a whole time kmp at the same time except in its subsidiary (203(3))

So limit is one.

Also such indidual cannot be appointed as wtd, then can he be appointed as executive director, because salary is proposed to be paid to him.

The wtd can be appointed as ordinary director only i.e he cannot be appointed as executive director
