No, For Registration under Composite scheme Sale has to be only to the end Consumers. irrespective of its turnover.
is the case same even when all the purchasers are either in registered or composite dealers. they may not claim input in purchases as all of them are under composite scheme
YES....... wholesale dealer can opt for composition scheme, provided TO doesn't exceed the limit........ But the problem is registered retailers may not purchase from the composite dealer as they won't get ITC on their purchase.
