Who are required to appoint CS

Following classes of companies are mandatorily required to appoint CS

1. All listed companies

2. All unlisted public companies having paid up share capital of Rs. 10 crore or more (KMP)

3. All other classes of companies having paid up share capital of Rs. 5 crore or more 

Annual return shall be filed within 60 days from the date of AGM.

According to section 203 of the companies act , Read with Rule 8 and 8a of Appointment and remuneration of Managerial personnel rules, Every Listed Company, Every Public Company having paid up share capital of 10 crore or more is required to have a Whole time Kmp

And all other private Companies having paid up share capital of 5 crore or more shall have the whole time Company Secretary.

Acording to section 92 of the Companies Act, Read with Rule 11 of Companies Management AND Administration rules, every company shall file the annual return within 60 days of AGM.

FOR THIS YEAR ALSO , LAST DATE IS 29TH NOVEMBER 2016. AFTER THE AFORSAID DATE COMPANY CAN FILE THE ANNUAL RETURN WITH THE ADDITIONAL FEES
