which one tax charge(GST/ IGST) applicable on immovable property
A society raising bill to plot owners for common area maintenance charges September -17 and they can charge GST in Haryana. One owner gave his Delhi GST number and requested to revised the bill...so can we charge IGST on immovable property..

place of supply will be the place of property.. location of supplier and place od supply in same state SGST and CGST applicable..
any notification for the same
please read IGST act section 12.
