Which one is better?

No doubt Dippak Gupta sir is best if you can afford fee. He learn u how to interpret the law.

But in my opinion paying 19000 for IDT is not good decision  because syllabus is very short in comparision to other. 

I don't know the fee of Rajkumar sir. but if little difference then go gor Dippak gupta if more difference in fee then go for Rajkumar.
