Which itr to be filed?

Dear Sirs,

                    My uncle is earning an income of 12000/ month as pension from Central govt and Rs 8000/ month from a local company here. he is having an no other incomes and i want to help him in filing ITR.. please help me in my endeavour in stepping to E-filing. Waiting for your valuble replies.And one more doubt, which all columns to be mandatorily filled in         ITR- 1.
