i am salaried person .i have also income from fds. in this year i received maturity amt. of lic i know this is exempt.then which itr i need to file itr1 or itr2.

If aggregate income is below 50 lakhs, you can file ITR 1.

but here exempt income is more than 5000

THE 5K LIMIT APPLICABLE TO AGRICULTURE INCOME....
