24 July 2022I worked temporarily for a company in (April 2021 - June 2021) and they had deducted TDS under Section 194JB. Then I left that company and worked for another company (September 2021 - March 2022) and they have deducted TDS under Section 192.
Could you please help me decide if I need to file ITR1 or ITR4?

Depends on income, you can file ITR 1,3,4
If income low, say 320000 then may file simple itr form, show under sources

Hi Umesh, thanks for your reply. Below are my income details:
Income (for which TDS is filed under Section 194JB) is 2,89,000
And income (for which TDS is filed under Section 192) is 11,85,000
Hence total income in FY 2021-22 is around 14,74,000
