Please advise which ITR form can be used if invested in the stock market?
Note: My client has filed ITR 4 (TDS u/s 194J presumptive 44ada) for last couple of years.

Quick Summary
I think you have file itr-3 but depend on you how many amount to invest in stock market and how mouch you gain /loss according to your information then decided to file which ITR its my openion
Criteria for selecting ITR
1. Quantum of income
2. Nature of assess
3. Source of income

If you just invest in stock market you may continue to file ITR 4. But if you sell stock and incur capital gain/loss, then you will not be able to use ITR 4, in which case ITR 3 would be the ideal form.
