Please advise which ITR form can be used if invested in the stock market?

If you just invest in stock market you may continue to file ITR 4. But if you sell stock and incur capital gain/loss, then you will not be able to use ITR 4, in which case ITR 3 would be the ideal form.

Subyasachi ji
poornima ji is absolutely right.
if there is to Capital gain and loss than not required to file ITR3, ITR 4 is only applicable
