which ITR form apply

Whether person having income of Salary is 144000 (received in cash) and also doing retail trading business having Turnover of Rs 685000 and also having Income from other sources like Interest income, Brokerage income of Rs 110000 can file ITR-4 (U/S 44AD) for AY 2019-20. ???

(income head is Salary, B&P, Other Sources)
(Assessee has not maintained books of account)

In AY 2018-19 he has filed ITR-1 having other income of Rs 249800.

On 2/4/2019 (FY 2019-20) he has doing GST registration for retail trading business.
