Which itr and under what head the income should be taxable

A person is having income from two employers as monthly salary actually he has changed his job in middle of the year and one more income from giving lecture in college on per lecture basis for which college has deducted Tds under section 194J and other employers has deducted under section 192. So problem is this assessee wants to claim expenditure from income of giving lecture but no credit is showing on traces for same and one more problem is this that one of the employer is not providing Form 16 as well as credit of the same is not showing on traces of tds paid by that employer.Only one employer's credit is showing on traces so please help me which return i should file and how???

He may file ITR-4 and show income from salary as well as income from business/profession and show expenses as deduction. He will also have to follow-up with the employers and ensure deducted TDS gets reflected in his 26AS.

itr-1 can be filed showing salary income under salary head and lecturership income under other sources... income from both employers to be shown in itr. tds from all deductors to be claimed in itr even if it is not reflected in 26as, however proof of deduction to be retained by individual for future queries by dept.
