I closed my small company -turnover less than 5 lac in 2018in Dec 2018.. I had no dues , & no ITC pending also.I got the ARN for closing also. I did not file the GSTR 10 . Now received a notice to pay the fine for not filing GSTR 10 in 2018. In the month of JULY 2017 I HAD ONLY submitted the GSTR 1 , BUT NOT FILED. Except for this there is no flaw at all. Now the web site is not allowing me to file for july 2017 - ie - i could not convert the submitted to filed .of the GSTR1 for that month.
I had already paid the 20000 rs fees & penalty . But should Complete the GSTR10 , if compulsory - how shall I do .
