which type of ITR filed for commission get from LIC.ITR-1,4

ITR-3 for A.Y 2017-2018 and ITR-4 A.Y 2016-2017
U have to file ITR 3. Neither ITR 1 as it is for Salaried Assessees nor ITR 4 as it is for Assessees carrying out business u/s 44AD, 44AE
it is taxed under IFOS , so if he have other incomes then select appropriate forms for such main income. If no other income then he may go for ITR-3
