Which form needs to be filed for seed event organizer

I think seed event organizer are non profit making organizations working for charitable purposes.

If they are required to file their return of Income under Income tax act, in any of the sections 139 (4a/b/c/d).

The applicable form is ITR 7

Seed Event Organizer is a job to get a commission on the seed forming they are not the non-profit organization. They are individuals and not salaried people just like agents.

There is one more meaning of seed event organization, i think you are involved in it.

Applicable form is ITR 4

For the AY 2013-14 i couldn't find the ITR 4 Utilization file form IT website. I can see only ITR 1 and ITR 4S. now how can i file the Seed Event Organizer returns online.

so far only ITR 1 and 4S are issued by the Department, 

wait for some time, they will be updated soon.

You can also opt for manual filling.
