Which form filed with ROC on the allotment of share. and how to pay stamp duty on transfer of shares.

For allotment of shares Form - PAS 3 required to be filled with ROC.

For allotment of shares Form PAS-3 is to be filled.

For transfer of shares you have to affix the stamp ticket on the form SH-4, stamp duty on share transfer is 0.25% of the consideration amount.

The forms to be filed depends on the type of issue of shares. If its a Right Issue then u need to first file form mgt-14 and then PAS-3 for allotment, and in case of private placement different forms at different steps are to be filed. Final allotment is done by filing form PAS-3.
