Whether promoters shares are also listed ?????
My query is whether in a listed company, shares held by promoters are also listed on stock exchange or only a part of total share capital is listed ? please clarify along with relevant provisions.

Promoters shares are also listed. However, such shares are subject to lock-in provisions as per SEBI regulations.
So when a company issues new shares through bonus, right issue or normal issue... then the new shares get automatically listed ?
