i want to ask whether the salary recd by the ship crew member who is indian citizen and become non resident in previous year becoz of employment out side india is taxable or not if not under which section of income tax???????

THE INCOME WHICH IS RECD FROM INDIA IS TAXABLE
OTHER COUNTRY'S INCOME IS NOT TAXABLE IN INDIA IF HE IS NON RESIDENT
AS PER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 5
ya ....salary recieved by a NR outside india is not a indian reciept..so not taxable.
