Whether exemption can be availed from head quraters

I have recently passed my MBA - (Finance) Final through Osmania University (Distance Mode) in IInd Division.  Whether I can Avail exemption from ICSI (HQ's). I have already claimed GCL exemption at the time of Registration. Already got Exemption for GCL.  I have written exams for Mod - II in Dec'11 but I not passed aggregate marks of 150.

My query is whether I can take permission or claim for Exemption of Cost Accounts in Module - I for writing exams in the month of  June'2012.
