Repair & maintenance of motor vehicle (including Change of new parts thereon) will fall under the purview of composite supply or mixed supply?

Once parts replaced....... it is composition supply.

in case motor vehicle repair there will be labour charge as well as spareparts labour charge 18% spare parts 28%

Whether principal supply will be repair & maintenance services or parts replaced ?
